Shopping List Maker requests minimal permissions necessary for core functionality and optional features:

• INTERNET: Required to fetch network status, load advertisements, receive push notifications, and check for app updates.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check network connectivity status before performing network operations (such as checking app updates or loading remote resources).

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our application integrates trusted third-party services that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display banner or interstitial advertisements within the app. AdMob may use device identifiers, advertising IDs, and network information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings.
• OneSignal: Used for managing push notifications and sending reminders or updates regarding your shopping lists. OneSignal may collect push tokens and device metadata to deliver notifications.

• Retrofit & Gson (Networking Libraries): Used for secure communication with backend services (such as maintenance status checks and updates).
